BURLESON CHURCH OF CHRIST BUILDING A/B/C REQUEST FORM

This form is for reserving the buildings for activities other than weddings. If you wish to reserve the buildings for a wedding you need a special Wedding Reservation Application. This is available in the church office. Church activities will take precedence.
